VH Exploration and Fabrication is committed to bridging the existing skills gap in South Africa — transforming lives through accredited artisan and digital skills training.
Fabricated steel products contribute towards a large percentage of Gauteng Province's Gross Domestic Product, yet a large number of employed African employees remain unskilled or semi-skilled. Historically, it was not possible for African employees to contribute meaningfully within the mainstream of the South African economy — leaving a huge skills shortage inherited by the current generation of the African labour force.
VH Exploration and Fabrication was established in 2016 with the goal of closing this gap by providing skills through training opportunities in steel fabrication for previously disadvantaged members of the community.
We sit at the intersection of traditional artisan development and future-focused digital capability, responding to the evolving needs of the mining, manufacturing, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
To provide high quality training in Artisan development and scarce skills for all deserving beneficiaries in the sector.
To be a symbol of transformation in the provision of sustainable production, inclusive economic growth and skills development in the sector.
All students are professionally handled by our full staff complement — administrators, facilitators, and workshop managers — ensuring a supportive, structured learning environment from day one.
