VH Exploration and Fabrication trains South Africa's next generation of Welders and Boilermakers, and pairs that trade craftsmanship with 4IR skills in AI, Cybersecurity and Cloud — bridging the country's skills gap since 2016.
Fabricated steel products contribute significantly to Gauteng's Gross Domestic Product, yet a large share of employed African workers remain unskilled or semi-skilled. VH Exploration and Fabrication was established in 2016 to close this gap — providing accredited training in steel fabrication to previously disadvantaged members of the community.
